Rachel Lloyd

Rachel Lloyd has been involved with the family business, C21 Development Group in various capacities over the last 10 years. She has held the position of CEO since 2016.

Her responsibilities over the years have included overseeing operations and day to day business of BLCO, franchise development for KFC in Montana, and marketing and advertising for residential and commercial developments. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2009 from the University of British Columbia, and also holds a Post-Graduate in Fundraising for Non-Profits from UCLA.
