Jeff Parkinson is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for BLCO Enterprises Ltd after joining the company in early 2018.

Jeff is a results-oriented industry leader who passionately strives to achieve all company, team and individual KPI + budget expectations. His BLCO management focus is to provide leadership vision & team coaching enterprise-wide to enhance real estate development, restaurant sales, operational execution, customer success, community engagement, and profitability.

He is proud to be a resident of Calgary Alberta and a father of 4 who has lived throughout Western Canada through his 34 years of national restaurant management & leadership.
